How long does personalisation take?

All of our items are made to order.

Please allow 1–3 working days for us to create your item before dispatch.

During busy periods (Mother’s Day, Christmas etc.) this may be slightly longer.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days once dispatched.

You’ll receive confirmation once your order has been sent.

If you need something urgently, please message us before ordering.

 How do I add personalisation?

Use the personalisation box on the product page before adding to cart.

Please double-check spelling, names and dates as we copy exactly what is entered.

If you’re unsure about placement (left ear, right ear, centre, etc.) just pop a note in the box or message us.

Can I choose colours?

Yes!

Where colour options are available, you can choose from the chart shown in the product images.

If you’d like something specific, send us a message and we’ll always try to help.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely via Mollie.

We do not store your card details.

Do you accept returns?

Because most items are personalised, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it.

 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Some items are suitable for gifting. If you need something sent directly to the recipient, message us and we can arrange this.
